The standard procedure is:

  *   register on orchardproject.net<http://orchardproject.net>
  * send me an email with your username and the cultures you’d like to get
access to
  * I’ll activate your user and give you the necessary access
  * after that you can edit those translations, see the full list
here<http://orchardproject.net/localize>

Hi Farkas,

Thanks for the feedback. I simply started from the nl-NL files because the
nl-BE is largely the same and thus enabled me to get a translation package
quite fast. I will use the translation tool to make any future changes to it.
How and where exactly can I reach this online tool?

Hi!

Thanks for the contribution in the translations!
I have to say though that updating the translations from these files may cause
some troubles with the translation tool (which can be avoided with cheking all
the files, but it takes time), so please do not send po files unless you
absolutely can’t avoid it, use the online translation tool instead (it’s more
convenient for you too).
I’ll upload these files as soon as I can, but don’t edit the nl-BE translations
until it’s done (I’ll send a mail about it), because the changes made will be
lost.

Thanks,

Hi,

Please find attached the updated PO-file for culture nl-BE. I based this on the
nl-NL PO-file and replaced all file and directory occurences and then did a full
sweep through all files to correct to the Belgian context where needed.

This is still a work in progress, but at least now all Belgian users and
developers
can make use of a full translation file in their own culture. Thanks in advance
for
uploading this.

Subject: New Orchard translations online

Hi all,

I finally uploaded the new translations that were sent over these past few
weeks (months?). These are:

  * nl-BE by Andy De Meyer
  *   ru-RU by Pawel Tolstoi
  *   si-SL by Tadej Abina
  * fa-IR by Jalal Amini Robaty

Thanks to all four for their work, and my apologies for taking so long putting
it online.

Thanks,
Bertrand
