No not with start_over (it tried to remove a package whose commands I am
actively using) ; so I used was using mysql console for that.
DB was not a problem ; It got solved by r5958

If so and the db stuff still has a problem, please do "oda remove_oda"
on your root prompt and then test it again.
The above command will clean out all the old oscar database which caused
the duplicated entry problems.
