Hi,
I re-installed Oscar-2.1 and followed the steps closely. After all
client nodes booted up from hard drives, the Step 7: Complete Cluster
Setup failed.
I checked the oscarinstall.log file and found the following error messages:
1. Configuration of PBS queues failed at
/root/oscar-2.1/packages/pbs/scripts/post_install line 261,
....exited badly with exit code '2' at ./post_install line 40.
2. could not run 'post_install' script for pbs at ./post_install line 41
3. on the shell window: please check your logs for more info at
./post_install line 46.
I then did Step 8: Test cluster Setup, it passed all tests up to
SSH node -> server Passed, then,
PBS default queue definition Failed
/opt/pbs/bin/pbsnodes: server has no node list
Checking for 10 free nodes:
Not enough free nodes. Test incomplete.
This cluster has one server and 10 clients.
Also, I still get the "portmapper failure" message during the client
boot up and need to manually mount the nfs_oscar:/home.
Any help is appreciated.
