Since Oscar sets up pfilter (and I am behind another firewall anyway)
I have FC2 install without a firewall of its own. I have had problems
in the past installing Oscar 3.0 on RH9 with the default firewall
setup. This shouldn't pop up until later though, so I don't think
thats the problem here.

You do need a fully qualified hostname (without _ for some reason),
and httpd doesn't seem to be finding one. I don't remember where that
starts throwing errors (though I know I have forgotten to set one at
least once myself) but again I would think it would be later.

Something else that FC2 does is hide the default line in /etc/hosts
which aliases the hostname you picked on install to localhost. I
think this is bad too, but you have to edit it by hand since the gui
widget hides it. I separate the localhost information and add a line
with the local IP and the rest of the hostname aliases. I am not sure
this is neccesary.

I don't know SIS very well though, so the actual end error I don't
know much about.

Also, I noticed that it said it didn't need to load "Perl-Tk", so I
was wondering what install options you had picked? I have only tried
to install Oscar4 with a "Workstation" install, which doesn't include
Perk-Tk... If you did an Everything or somesuch, perhaps it has
already installed another version of SIS and is having problems
overwriting config files?

Just some thoughts, hope they help.
