I d/led the OSCAR 4.0 tarball and did an install.

I did get the Fedora patching error - BTW, I have filed this bug
already, see:

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1048471&group_i
d=9368&atid=109368

However, I didn't have the issue that Mark has. When I build the image,
I just left everything default and selected 'dhcp' for IP Assignment
Method and 'reboot' for Post Install Action - and it worked.

Mark, what Package File are you using? Is it
/opt/oscar/oscarsamples/fedora-2-i386.rpmlist?

Here's the exact operations I performed to get to this point:

1) Download OSCAR 4.0 tarball
2) Extract it
3) ./configure && make install
4) ./install_cluster eth1
5) Put in password
6) Select OSCAR Packages to Install (uncheck pfilter)
7) Install OSCAR Server Packages
8) Build OSCAR Client Image (see above for stuff I did)

I will try to do a diff with your oscarinstall.log and the one I have,
to see if there are any major differences.

Cheers,

Bernard
