hmm.. OK, so this is probably not what I want then. I didn't know that OSCAR 
doesn't support x86_64. In that case I'll probably just installed a 32 bit OS 
(I'm planning to use RHEL 3), or go get a 32-bit hardwares.

Yes I was. I am still in the planning process of building the headnode. 

I assume there should be no problem with the other nodes using Intel Pentium 4 
and the headnode using AMD Athlon ?
