One good idea is to do what the main trunk of the govt is doing - hold an exhibition of your NKRAs and explain to the crowd so that it reflects the excitement as it should. Otherwise we have to depend on the 5,000 per day 'pau' lady. Come to think of it why didn't the govt allow open blogging and voting on their NKRAs instead?
