Just wanted to let you know that the code appears in Google Code as
GPL although you have some sort of disclaimer here:

http://code.google.com/p/vesper-opifex/source/browse/trunk/credit.as

I'd say "making up" a license agreement is not usually a good idea as
it's very easy to get it (legally) wrong. For license suggestions see
this post by Grant Skinner:

And I'm pretty sure you can NOT put Adobe's classes on Google Code.
I'm talking about the fl package that, as far as I know, you can only
use if you have a valid license of the Flash IDE (that's why they are
not part of the Flex SDK).

Sorry, that's an awful lot of legalese but I thought it's important!
