Hi, After reading a bit about the legal license for the *Adobe Systems Incorporated **fl.* Classes File Distribution* here: http://www.adobe.com/products/eula/third_party/ Reading through it has no mention of not distributing the fl.* package at all, only guards against improper use of the package, as in just distributing the package alone. So as of now the fl.* package is to be included due to the increased functionality it brings to the framework.
vesperOpifex AS3 framework http://vesper-opifex.googlecode.com/ The vesperOpifex framework is one of the best for scalable microsites and complex projects. As an update rc1.0.2 has been released with a sound module added. The future release of rc1.0.21 will incorporate a new Animation model being modular in itself to load tweening handlers on the fly. 2009/1/29 Vesper Opifex <[email protected]> > thank you for the information about the legalities of the flash classes, > they will be removed hence forth and the code will be changed to comply with > not using the flash ide library of classes.
