Hello,
I'm so sorry, it's my fault.
When you have download the part1 and part2 files, The right way is only to
decompress the part1 file. Do not decompress part2, it will be decompressed
automate.
Then run Creature3D.exe, Type in the serial from the readme.
Do not copy the files in the data rar into the data directory. The data rar
dose not need when run Creature3D.exe, the file in data rar is flt files,
Creature3D need cre file for running. and Converflttocre.exe can convert flt
file to cre file.
The serial input dialog has two Chinese buttons, the left button means OK and
the right means cancel, press the left button, then program can go on. The
program can record the serial, in the next time the serial input dialog will
not appear.

Thanks!

Hello again WuCaihua,

Some preliminary feedback:

* Some minimal information on what to do with the contents of the two
rar files
and the data rar would have been useful. The readme has the keys
and some info
on settings in the ini file, but nothing about how to actually run the demo.

* The rar files seem to contain many of the same files (DLLs, sounds with
duplicate file names). Is that normal?

* Is it really necessary to ask a serial number for a demo? Especially if the
serial is in the readme which you distribute with the demo.

* You cannot copy-paste the serial, you have to type it in manually.
That is not
   very user-friendly and error-prone.

* The serial input dialog has Chinese buttons...

* Not having any instructions about what to do with the files (see above), I
tried to run the demo by doing the following:

   1. Copy the files from the part2 rar to the same directory as the files from
part1, overwriting any files with the same names.
   2. Copy the files in the data rar into the data directory.
   3. Run Creature3D.exe
   4. Type in the serial from the readme.

The application then crashed. That might be because of the error in
the part2
rar file I mentioned in my previous message, but the files seem to be in the
part1 rar anyways (with the same file sizes) so maybe it's something else.

Can you help solve the crash issue (it's probably because of the file
layout or something like that, but as I said, without at least some
basic instructions I can't know if I did the right thing).

Thanks, still looking forward to seeing it in action!

J-S
