Ah ha! Now I get it! The FBI and DHS counter-terrorism professionals say
there is no identified terrorist threat here, the purchased school buses,
police cruisers, ambulances and large trucks are merely for the personal
uses of these known islamic extremists!

Yes, I see clearly now, other islamic extremists merely acquired
"legitimate" commerical passenger jet training because they wanted to break
the "routine" of their boring, no-visible-means-of-income lives and borrow
several Boeing 757's for their personal uses on September 11, 2001.

How silly of me to fret over things like this. We're in good hands. Not.

EXTREMISTS are Buying School Buses

By Chief T

I know you've been hearing some in the news about the Arabs buying school
buses and then it's played down in the press and buy the Feds. Well there's
much more to it.

Remember the school bus story? FBI:"Nothing to Fear of Terrorist School Bus
Drivers." The plot thickens ......... apparently these extremists are buying
school buses and much more.

The FBI bulletin that I pesonally read stated. "Foreigners under recent
investigation include "some with ties to extremist groups" who have been
able to "purchase buses and acquire licenses," There is a very important
fact that is not getting the attention it needs in the Extremists Driving
School Buses in the USA story, the general impression all the news
commentators have is that the 'extremists" are just getting school bus
drivers licenses to work for a school, no they are buying the school buses
for as little as $1,205.00, and they are saying they are for personal use!

This fact leads me back to the Muslim who are buying these used car/trucks.
The dealers involved in buying such vehicles at the auto auctions around the
USA, says you must have a vehicle dealer license to purchase such vehicles
at auction and the auction is the main source for such sales.

In the Tampa, Florida News it sited on such insident of a Muslim making such
a purchse, it stated, "Upon running the used car dealer, Abdalla, for wants
and drivers license information from Police Dept communications center, it
was revealed that Abdalla Deiab was a know(n) affiliate of a terrorist
organization and should be approached with caution." DUH!!

Abdalla Deiab was buying used cars, vans, buses and ambulances at Auto
Auctions all over the State of Florida, he used at least 4 Social Security
Numbers with the last four numbers almost in sequence.

>From the St. Petersburg Times another incident;

The two men who walked into Scott Weaver's office trying to buy surplus
vehicles wore T-shirts and jeans and were very polite. One was 45 to 50,
balding, spoke with a slight accent and introduced himself as a car dealer.
He said his name was Abdalla, Weaver said. His companion seemed to be in his
late 30s, had glasses, a full head of dark hair and said little or nothing.

The two men appeared to be Middle Eastern.

"They said they were interested in vehicles," said Weaver, St. Petersburg
College's supervisor of institutional services. They didn't say why.

While Abdalla Deiab didn't buy the college's surplus ambulance or three
other vehicles, public records suggest he may have acquired a similar
vehicle elsewhere.

A 1997 Navistar 4700 - commonly used as an ambulance or utility truck - was
registered in April to Deiab's former address on Shelley Street in
Clearwater, according to state records. It is the same address he wrote on
the bids he submitted to SPC for a used ambulance, two former police
training cruisers and a large truck.

The Navistar was registered under Mintulla Inc., a defunct corporation.
Deiab was not an officer in the company, but he did apply for a fictitious
business name similar to Mintulla Inc. It was Mintulla International.

Deiab bid on SPC's ambulance and other vehicles in a surplus equipment
auction on Aug. 6. It was earlier that week that Weaver recalls the pair of
Middle Eastern men coming to his office.

That same week, four men described by college officials as Middle Eastern
went to the college's warehouse in Tarpon Springs and took photos of surplus
vehicles for sale, Weaver said. It was unclear whether Deiab was one of the
four men.

SPC auction buyers aroused suspicion St. Petersburg Times

Now look at the AP school bus story, below, and make note of the fact that
these people are "buying the buses".

In the Associated Press:

WASHINGTON (AP) - Suspected members of extremist groups

(al-Muhajiroun, islamic jihad, hamas, etc.) have signed up as school bus
drivers in the United States, counterterror officials said Friday, in a
cautionary bulletin to police. An FBI spokesman said, "Parents and children
have nothing to fear." (let the FBI ride the bus's)

Asked about the alert notice, the FBI's Rich Kolko said, "There are no
threats, no plots and no history leading us to believe there is any reason
for concern," although law enforcement agencies around the country were
asked to watch out for kids' safety.

The bulletin, parts of which were read to The Associated Press, did not say
how often foreign extremists have sought to acquire licenses to drive school
buses, or where. It was sent Friday as part of what officials said was a
routine FBI and Homeland Security Department advisory to local law
enforcement.

It noted "recent suspicious activity" by foreigners who either drive school
buses or are licensed to drive them, according to a counterterror official.

Foreigners under recent investigation include "some with ties to extremist
groups" who have been able to "purchase buses and acquire licenses," the
bulletin says. (In Iraq, al-Qaeda is now using dump trucks filled with
explosives and chlorine).

But Homeland Security and the FBI "have no information indicating these
individuals are involved in a terrorist plot against the homeland," it says.
The memo also notes: "Most attempts by foreign nationals in the United
States to acquire school bus licenses to drive them are legitimate."

Kolko said the bulletin was sent merely as an educational tool to help local
police identify and respond to any suspicious activity.

One counterterror official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of
the sensitivity of the issue, said the government felt it was likely that
the foreigners investigated were merely employed as bus drivers, and did not
intend to use them as part of any terror plot.

A second official said the government felt it prudent that the backgrounds
of all those who come in contact with school children be checked.

Homeland Security spokesman Russ Knocke said the government has no credible
information to suggest terrorists are "involved in buying school buses or
seeking licenses to drive them." He said there was no indication of any
immediate threat to the country.

It doesn't take me being hit by a turnip truck to see the formula:

fertilizer + fuel-oil + school bus = big bang? Possibly the FBI is playing
it down, but come on, and Arab with ties to the bad guys, buying buses under
4 social security numbers. I hate to be treated as if I'm stupid by our own
authorities, but please!
