Hi there,

I have rarely used warmups, but at a recent Open Space involving native and
non-native participants around development of a paleo-indian site, the use of
rocks from the site, suitably smudged and replaced, was of great use.
Participants did not know each other, participated in the smudging, walked to
the rocks in the center of the circle, let one chose them (!), and introduced
themselves to others around the circle through the rock. The rocks also became
a central theme in discussions.
