I feel that the kind of structure we need will happen if it's truly necessary
but I do not think that we should maintain a database. I, certainly, have
more important things to do as, I am sure, do the board.

And I agree with Ralph that we all sit in the same circle.

Also, some of my clients would not necessarily want their event listed. Some
clients are happy to share information but some are not. When I ask a client
to share information it has the impact of 'going to the well' and I don't
want to go there too often - only when I really need it.

So I vote for less structure, with my feet (grin).
