My clients have never seemed to care what process I employed, as long as I produced the results they sought, so some time back I ceased identifying myself in terms of the processes I purveyed. Nevertheless, we may wish to adopt a name that raises the bar for our clients. How about ³Peace Maker²? Ralph Copleman
