Harrison and Mike! Thank you for your answers! And your support. It is quite a sudden and tough shift from being an independent volunteer to an employee of a large well-known humanitarian organization. So many rules to follow. Fear that my emails are being read, my papers rifled through.
And yes, I agree it's about being open space. I'm not sure I'm there yet. and maybe that doesn't matter. I know it does help to pray for myself and for my apparent opponents. I recognize how much of the same apparently yucky qualities we share... Here's to 3 breaths, to being open space (it will happen tomorrow, the first such meeting), and expecting the unexpected...
