Yes, you are right. I had problems with those words, too, hence the
quotation marks. Still don't have any idea what to replace them with.
In this country there is a cliche about taking one's business, life, or
whatever, "to the next level." I always chuckle at that, because the next
level could be lower, or worse...or surprising! <grin>
