P.S.> BRouter, usable with OSMAnd, uses 3 kinds of road avoiding,
defined by the used profile.
* Like if a road does not even exist for BRouter, what as a sideeffect
speeds up operations.
* Like if a road does not exist for routing, but the navigation hint
generator is aware of it.(roundabouts, crossings, junctions )
* Is penalized it by high cost, so chosen as the last option only.
