Yes, as OSMAnd, in contrary to BRouter,
ignores evaluation of nodes with barrier=bollard
and probably some others.

Bollard as a physical structure is an OSM way,
crossing a road as another OSM way
in the shared OSM node being bollard.

Passability of the route
must be tested on presence of such obstacle nodes.
