That is clearly stated on the website and in the play store. You can't upgrade from the free version: you buy the full version and download and install that version. It is not that the free version turns into a full version once you have paid. I don't understand what there is to fix.
Arnaud clearly stated he purchased the full version, especially for the wikipedia stuff.
