JB,

I'm more interested in a roadmap showing major features and anticipated release
schedules. I think that to a casual observer the OSSEC project may look 'dead'
and that may turn people away, when in reality there are many individuals
actively using and enhancing OSSEC--it's a perception thing. Even die-hards
such as myself have a hard time determining what major features are in the
works!

I'm hoping some of the major contributors (i.e. dcid, cmoraes, mstarks, etc.)
can speak up about any new features they are working on and if they think a
roadmap is a worthy addition to the OSSEC page, because right now it appears
that everyone pretty much develops in a vacuum until they feel their feature is
worthy / stable enough to disclose to the rest of the group. Maybe I'm off in
left field and should continue to monitor everyones bi buckets until something
comes along that excites me (*cough* like native auditd or Oracle DB audit
support). If that's the case, I hope everyone politely tells me to go pound
sand!

Thanks,
Chris
