Oh there's no god, at least not the big old omnipotent guy kind. As for it being wrong in general, religious violence can hold together disparate tribes in a way that Saddam held together disparate tribes. Hardly ideal, but was the best that could be managed. Does "nation states" prove wrong because they sometimes attack each other? Or dominate each other? But yeah, no big beardy guy.
