There may be one among the dozens that a youtube search for Jonathan Turley turns up but they are all about 6 minutes long and I listened the the 4 most likely ones. He simply didn't address the 'advice of counsel' defense in those. BTW he did make it clear that when he says that Holden must address the administrations 'war crimes' he means that as a moral as opposed to a legal imperative. Google for "advice of counsel defense."
