No. I actually do think it needs reforming.
I think that the government has a role.

Properly done I think we could cover everyone and still have it done
by the private sector.
In any case, none of this belongs in H.R. 1
It belongs in it's own bill where the people that vote it up or down
can be held directly accountable for their vote.
Either way lets not sneak it into the middle of something else.
