Delusion seems like the right word. I mean, even in Mexico the health-
care system is in almost all cases much better, more accessible, and
cheaper than in the US. Sure, they don't have the same level of top-
end care, but we're talking about TOP-END, the type of care that in
the US is reserved for the super-rich and members of Congress.
