I did... but this is Nutters - if there's a nit to pick we'll pick it. I believe it's not been since the 70's in the US when plain old boring rape could still qualify for the death penalty in some states. Anyhow, both are heinous, awful acts, and i think it's really up to differences in cultural norms which one is considered worse. Personally, I'd rather suffer just about anything than be murdered, and my family would likely agree.
