Homicide and murder definitions vary from state to state. The exact  
same crime may be murder in one state and manslaughter in another.  
Whether or not the word 'homicide' is even used varies as well.

Which is US FEDERAL sentencing, which almost never has anything at all  
to do with mourner or homicide or manslaughter.
