might I suggest that you provide them with a copy of AOTA's uniform 
terminology as well as your state practice guidelines (if you live in a 
state where there is licensure).  This may help??

off to attend a course on cognition.&nbsp; She was denied because, per our supervisor 
and director, &quot;OT does not do cognition, speech therapists do&quot;.&nbsp; Last 
time I checked, It required cognition to perform ADL.&nbsp; We tried to argue, but the 
people in charge are a PT and a non licensed SLP who don't want to
