Hallo, hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.
Ich habe die OTRS 2.1 welche bei OpenSuse10.3 dabei war installiert und bin mit der Konfiguration auch recht gut zurande gekommen. Habe jedoch 2 Probleme. wenn ich in einem Ticket "empty answer" anklicke kommt folgendes. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Software error: Modification of a read-only value attempted at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i586-linux-thread-multi/Net/DNS/Question.pm line 47.
