Hallo List! Nach dem Upgrade von OTRS 2.3.4 (incl. ITSM 1.2.3) auf OTRS 2.4.3 klapp eigentlich alles super, außer das ich im Admin-Bereich unter
- Support Assessment und da unter -Check log for error log entries. Die Meldung: You have more error log entries: Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (2.3.x;) does not match your Framework (2.4.3)!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/scripts/test/SLA.t is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/scripts/test/Service.t is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/scripts/test/CustomerUserService.t is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/SLA.pm is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Service.pm is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminSLA.dtl is different!, ITSMCore-1.2.3: /opt/otrs/... erhalte, und unter - Pakte Verwaltung bei ITSM Core steht, das das Paket neu installiert werden muss.
