It's sendmail, and it's configured with procmail properly .. Also the test cat /opt/otrs/doc/test-email-1.box | /opt/otrs/bin/PostMaster.pl works as supposed... Anything else I can try? Is the .mailfilter file supposed to be updated with the .procmailrc changes you make?
