Are you sure? :)

I have two queues. "Foo" and "Todo::perbu". When customer Foo registers
a ticket and the ticket shows up with customerid "Foo" the ticket is
visible in the customer interface. 

When I move this ticket into my personal Queue (Todo::perbu) the
customer looses sight of the ticket. I believe I have not done anything
(yet) to achieve this behavior.
