Hi!

        If you used the default settings they would probably be in your syslog 
(tipically: /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog). You may also find some logs 
about OTRS in your apache logs. But, usually syslog doesn't store logs for a 
long time, as they are recycled from time to time (days, weeks, maybe months).

        Get some info about logging options looking for "$Self->{LogModule}" in 
$OTRS/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm
