Hi! If you used the default settings they would probably be in your syslog (tipically: /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog). You may also find some logs about OTRS in your apache logs. But, usually syslog doesn't store logs for a long time, as they are recycled from time to time (days, weeks, maybe months).
