You must declare the default Queue for
the system in Kernel/Config.pm :

    # PostmasterDefaultQueue
    # (The default queue of all.) [default: Raw]
    $Self->{PostmasterDefaultQueue} = 'Your Personnal Queue';

This Queue MUST be created before via admin web interface.
