Thanks man, I thought about those freefields, but didn’t have any clue how to make them viewable on ticket zoom.

Which will be nice to have. J

The Dev guys could think about that ;-)

I’ll dig around those dtls

Thanks again

Hi Peter,

there is a way, by using a Freetext field.

Enter the url into a freetextfield of your choice (eg. Freetext1)

Modify the dtl's of ticket Zoom or any other mask you want to see the link to render the Freetext field into a <a ...> html tag.

I Know this is a very short description.  How to modify dtls see the developer manual of otrs, chapter "Templates".

Greetings
MW

Hi, I have hard time with creating links.

I want to create a link to url or file, and till now … no luck.

Can I create a link to some url or something else then another ticket?

And if I can, can you tell me how ?
