Thanks man, I thought about those freefields, but didn’t have any clue how to make them viewable on ticket zoom. Which will be nice to have. Enter the url into a freetextfield of your choice (eg. Freetext1) Modify the dtl's of ticket Zoom or any other mask you want to see the link to render the Freetext field into a <a ...> html tag.
