To check if you have perl installed run 'rpm -q perl'. It should
return the package name and a version number if it is installed or
say something like 'package perl is not installed' when you don't
have perl. Also, run /opt/otrs/bin.otrs.checkModules to see if you
have all required Perl modules installed.
What are the correct lines in httpd.conf for running perl?
Do don't need to edit httpd.conf.
