I am using the default settings and it is installed via the YUM in FC6 I yust found out it looks like a apache problem but i don't know the exact problem yet i get the error "client denied by server configuration: /var/www/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl" in the log but i havent figured out what to do about it yet.
maybe you can help me with it

I don't think this is a Perl issue. Probably something like your
apache config only allowing localhost. How did you install OTRS? Did
you use the rpm from the site? Install from source? What is the
apache config you're using for OTRS?
