Cool thanks ....i'll be working with a copy of the database and see how
it goes...
Basically I'm going from otrs v. 2.0.4 -> 2.2.4

So looks like I need to run the upgrade from 2.0.4 -> 2.1
Then run the upgrade from 2.1 -> 2.2....does this sound correct?

Yes, OTRS and MySQL are running on the same CentOS box.
