I have upgraded OTRS to 2.3.3. Also I set Preferences->New Ticket Notification to YES. I searched for the otrs archive and found the bug 977 : http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=977 I made all the necessary changes but I cannot still receive the agent notification e-mail.
