Hi Markus,

I could reproduce this issue by adding a new item via SysConfig in a
frontend module registration but not completing it.

Could you go to Admin > SysConfig, and click on the 'Download' button
to download your own changes?

The section you're looking for would be something like this:

$Self->{'Frontend::Module'}->{'AgentModule'} = {
'Description' => 'My Description',
'NavBar' => [
{
'AccessKey' => 'c',
'Block' => 'ItemArea',
'Description' => 'My Description',
'Image' => 'image.png',
'Link' => 'Action=AgentModule',
'Name' => 'Name',
'NavBar' => 'Navbar',
'Prio' => '8000',
'Type' => 'Menu'
},
{
'Description' => ''
}
],

Of course the empty 'Description' node here is causing your issue.
You can remove it by going to the sysconfig entry for the module, and
clicking the 'delete' button next to the empty group.

((enjoy))
