1. I had a lot of workshops where the backend administration wants to setup 
generic agents that are not changeable in the webinterface.
2. Especialy for service providers (like hosted OTRS) it would be more than 
useful to have this option!!!

I think for the case raised this discussion it would be enough to enhance the 
GenericAgent time settings so you could also set "every 3 minutes" or similar.

But as you know, I am a "Why not'er" ... so why shouldn't we include the ITSM 
values in the file based generic agent? Any reason for say "no"?
