I think for the case raised this discussion it would be enough to enhance the GenericAgent time settings so you could also set "every 3 minutes" or similar. But as you know, I am a "Why not'er" ... so why shouldn't we include the ITSM values in the file based generic agent? Any reason for say "no"?
