Hi List,
I try to figure out how to use the params in Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchCSVData: to manipulate the list that is generated as a CSV Output for the Search Results.
I cannot find the place where the names used in the config settings are translated to the names of the fields that are used in the database.
For example the "TicketFreeKey1" comes from the table "ticket" and is originally named "freekey1".
I would like to add some fields to the report but don't know how...
Does anybody know how?
