Hi James, Have tried this example,the approach of Classic asp and Perl are completely different.i have used soap toolkit it didn't worked.then i tried with XmlHttp object ,still its not working.
If anyone tried this ,pls let me know. Also rpc-example is working for perl/mysql/apache but when i tried with perl/iis/MSSQL its not working.Want to know the example given in otrs(rpc-example) works for only "perl/mysql/apache" and not for other. You need to call the API via SOAP.
