Hi Kurt, Do you create an article or ticket dynamic field??
If you create a article, the agent can't update the value, But if you create a ticket dynamic field, you can edit. Both you can enable from sysconfig FrontEnd Agent Ticket View Note form. on the Dynamic Field add the key of the field create. Sorry for my english.
