Note that the transportation type SOAP/REST has a configure button.

Within it should include the SOAP URIs for accessing a service and
methods/actions (what invokers may be valid?)
For REST, I'm reading the provider will self-describe appropriate methods.

Either way, I think that may be the missing piece you're looking for.
