I have just "graduated" from OS 9.1 to OS 10.2, so I've got the learner's plates on. I recently downloaded Newswatcher for OS X, and an icon for it is living in my dock. I don't know how it got there, and I don't know how to get rid of it. The icon is not active, in fact it is not able to be clicked on or activated. It sits behind other icons in the dock. It is not able to be moved, or should I say removed, by such things as option-click etc. I cannot find the answer in Help, nor in a book on OS 10.2 by Maria Langer. Any ideas?
