I've just tried the new release. I still lose devices pretty quickly
until I restart owserver. Here's an example how my logger program
(using the C api) fails to get data from an increasing number of devices:

20090805125500 1026.71 23.457 48.206 22.491 23.908 5.317 10.473 237.648
 1019.810 22.640 20.787 64.213 19.982 27.984 15.340

20090805131500 1026.72 23.462 48.725 22.516 23.914 5.697 8.613 231.075
 1019.810 23.062 20.945 nan nan 28.660 15.306
20090805132000 1026.72 23.464 47.579 22.531 23.875 6.505 7.218 256.043
 1019.810 23.062 20.938 nan nan nan nan
20090805132500 nan nan nan nan nan nan nan nan
nan nan nan nan nan nan nan

So I reverted again, to what I think is stock 2.7.21.
