Use 100-Ohm resistors within the data-wire before the cable starts.
Don't use shielded cable, if they are shielded don't use the shield, simply
isolate it on both ends of each cable
Use twisted pairs of the cable
Only use one GND within the cable, don't use several wires or shield as GND
Omitting the +5V witin the cable, if possible
