My goal is to have my weather sensors send data out via CWOP and my
local display to be web-reading what the various CWOP based websites
provide for my station. I'm not so interested in having any fancy local
console stuff but will take it if it is part of the solution.

I have a Raspberry-Pi currently running owfs and am able to read temp,
baro, hum, sensors pretty much direct. I can read the rain bucket,
wind-dir and anemometer counters so am now looking to convert the last
three to values to send to CWOP. I have the ->CWOP stuff all working
under php.

So I am looking for suggestions as to how to do the rain and wind stuff.
I'd like to take advantage of what's been down where it matches the
proper intervals and data period, gust, average and things like that.

So I see oww and OWFS Weather System as potentials but looking for advice!
