What version of OWLIM and Sesame are you using?
I just tried this and it is working correctly in the workbench with the
latest Sesame 2.5.2 snapshot build. If it is not working for you with
OWLIM 4.2 and Sesame 2.5.0 then it is likely a recent fix.
