Thanks for the suggestions Dylan.  I have no intention of reinventing the
wheel.  With my lack of web development experience I have no doubt the wheel
would turn out square..

I was meaning that I would learn about web development and perhaps try
building a new site incorporating the required features using whatever
appropriate frameworks are available.
